My professional training in the field of creative pastry allowed me to study among some of the most renowned cake designers in the world. I use a wide variety of techniques, however found my passion in flower modelling.
In my studio, cake-baking is not industrialized. Batters and filling are prepared traditionally with love, and have a fresh, homemade taste. This is my greatest purpose as i believe this is the only way I can provide my clients with exceptional cakes.
